The quintessential Alpine Table is an expression of elegance and true craftsmanship.  Made by a Swiss trained master right here in Melbourne.  This contemporary dinner table is a true representation of the minimalist easthetic.

There are only five components to the entire table: four solid timber legs and a thick, solid timber top.  The timber shown in these images is European Walnut with an eco friendly, clear, hand applied finish.  We never utilise finishes which impart that plastic like look and consequently totally choke and obscure the grain.  The legs are totally removable also, to allow for easier transport.  Yet when assembled this significant table is completely solid and rigid, another testament to the precision joinery techniques utilised in its construction.

This contemporary dinner table is also very flexible with regards to fitting into its surroundings.  It can be made in various sizes to accomodate a range of functions and applications – from dining, to coffee table, to very large conference or meeting room table.  Its flexibility is impressive.

The European Walnut table depicted in these images is only available in the following dimension (mm): 2000 long x 1000 wide x 750mm high.  Please contact us directly if you would like to utilise this European hardwood species.  However, any of our normal selected timber range can be utilised as desired.  Furthermore, we are happy to alter the dimensions slightly to cater for your space or application.  Simply contact us to discuss and we’re sure that we can assist.

This style simply will not date.  The lines are minimal, the proportions balanced and the look is entirely natural.  That’s the benefit of utilising 100% solid wood.  It will last for many, many years to come.
